COVID-19 Update
Update: 3/31/2021
While shipping has generally sped up, there are still some delays and shortages due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic.
We have seen some delays with carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS due to their volume being higher with more online shopping, and less staff present in the warehouses and shipping hubs. Please always refer to your tracking number for updates and the latest information. Do note that on occasion, the shipping carriers will skip scans at each stop. We greatly appreciate your patience in this matter, as the transit times are out of our hands.
We are still having trouble with getting a few inventory items back in stock. While we are able to restock some items very quickly, others are taking longer or being held up by shortages or extended shipping times. We do our best to work with our manufacturers to note any delayed items, but at times these situations are rapidly changing.
If you have a Backordered item in your order that you are waiting on, and you would like to swap that out for something that we can ship right away, don't hesitate to e-mail us and we can take care of that.
Puzzles: We have been working hard to get many of the backordered puzzles in stock, and we know there are still a few people waiting. We do keep an updated list of our In Stock puzzles, so please feel free to e-mail us if you would like that list, to switch your puzzle design out for one immediately available.
If you would rather receive a refund on a backordered item, we can take care of that for you, so just send us an e-mail with your order number.
Made-To-Order items, including our pewter and leather pieces, are handmade and often will take longer to ship out. We recommend ordering these items well in advance of any important dates or deadlines. Many of the artists we work with are experiencing backlogs and delays due to a pickup in online sales and limited help in the workshops.
We are a very small team working from home, so we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the trials of this unprecedented time!
