Arrived broken. Contacted FG, was told to send photo and it would be replaced. Thought great, it will still be here in time for Christmas. Then image my surprise when a return shipping tag arrived. Did so right away. Tracking showed it p/u at post office on 12/24. So much for replacement in time. Next email indicated a refund was to be issued. As of 12/28 nothing...
